How does the custom design process work?
It’s super simple. Just share your ideas or inspiration, and we’ll create a custom design tailored just for you. We’ll work with you through drafts until you’re completely satisfied—no pressure or payment required until you love the final design. Once you approve the design, we’ll send you a link from our production partner where you can place your order. From there, the production partner handles the rest, including production and shipping.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer many revisions during the design phase, so you’ll have plenty of chances to make adjustments until it’s just right. Plus, you won’t be charged until you approve the final design—no surprises, just happy customers.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Timing can vary depending on the design approval process and the production partner’s shipping speed. Typically, the custom design phase takes about 2-5 days, and once you give the thumbs-up, production and shipping usually take 7-10 days.
Do you ship internationally?

How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the type of item, shipping destination, and manufacturing location. Each product manufacturer uses different carriers and locations, resulting in slightly different prices. Can I request changes after placing an order?
Once you’ve approved a design and the order has been placed with our production partner, changes might not be possible since the production process begins right away. However, if you reach out quickly, we’ll do our best to assist or find a solution.
What materials do you use for your products?
We prioritize quality in every gift, using durable, high-grade materials that stand the test of time. From fabrics to sturdy mugs and prints, you can expect a great finish. If you have any specific questions about a particular item, just let us know.
How do I know my payment is secure?
All payments are processed through our trusted production partner’s secure checkout system. This means your payment details stay safe and protected with industry-standard encryption. Your peace of mind is important to us.
Would you recommend this as a last-minute gift?
Not really. The customization process involves some back-and-forth to make sure you love the design, plus the time it takes for production and shipping. If you’re in a rush, a pre-made gift might be a better option, but if you have a little more time, a custom gift is definitely worth the wait.
Is the gift refundable?
Not exactly. You can decide not to proceed with your custom design at any point during the design phase without paying anything. However, once you order the gift itself, our production partner will only issue a replacement or refund if there’s a print error or a visible quality issue. Because products are made to order, they can’t accept general or sizing-related returns.
